A member of the Home Guard enters the tavern, carrying a stack of papers. Walking over the notice board, he posts a new notice.

Let it be known that any and all persons who are found and proven to be a member of the group known as “the Sect” are to be immediately put to death. This punishment must be witnessed or carried out by a member in good standing of either the Home Guard or the Arcane Sanctum.
Any noble who is identified as being a member of “the Sect” is to be apprehended and taken to the Arcane Sanctum for questioning, and if warranted, be put on trial and punished if found guilty.
Once done, he turns and leaves, heading to the next stop to post more notices.
