It is our understanding that you will be gathering in one months time to plan for the coming conflicts. We also understand that the Ritual of Remembrance is often performed in the coming month and as a gesture of cooperation I, Minister Four of the Monolithic Council, will be traveling to Horizon and showing you an old ritual from Pratorak, much like a Spirit Farewell or a Ritual of Remembrance. This will begin with having a masquerade dinner and to alleviate your worries there will be measures put in place that will restrict violent acts within the area of the dinner.
