His Majesty King Lycergis has ordered 2 permanent circle of power scrolls to be dispatched to Steepfall. Steepfall represents a significant tactical and economic location.
These scrolls will arrive prior to sunrise late Friday Night, Early Saturday morning via courier.
The adventurers are to cast these scrolls and establish Celestial and Earth Circles of power in separate cabins, so guilds may one day be formed.
His majesty asks that you limit investitures to those capable of casting other investitures, and provide a list back to the crown of all invested. Those invested will be required to appear later to perform at least one additional investiture.
