ADL 2023 Season Goals and Staff Information

Good afternoon,

ADL would like to open up transparency for the upcoming 2023 season! We have had a quiet winter, and we as a staff are ready.

First of all, Will and I would like to extend a HUGE welcome to Ryan W as the Treasurer for Alliance Denver. He has been instrumental in many aspects of our life and is taking on this aspect which will allow us as owners to focus on other aspects of the organization. He will be part of the "heads of state" for Alliance Denver. We can't thank him enough for agreeing to be part of our chaos!

  1. By Spring 2024 - Alliance Denver hopes to have their tax exempt status and a new board of directors moving the organization forward.
  2. By Fall 2024 – Have a second campsite that we can use to switch between for the downtime of JCC.
  3. Ongoing - Building the staff and adding in a winter staff retreat to our rotation. We will be announcing new additions, changes and exciting opportunities for our members!
Below is a list of staff positions and goblin stamp salary per month. Before March 2023 we will begin recruiting one or two additional staff to help fill our needs as we grow. If you are listed in a role and do not want to continue with that role, please contact us.

We have an amazing community here at ADL. Some of our staff have joined the National Organization and are making a difference there as well as within our community. Thank you to them for bettering Alliance LARP!

Important Notes

*IBGAs will be on hold until we can add more people to the plot team and/or can properly adjust expectations of what an IBGA is and how they will be handled in the future.

*ADL will not discuss disciplinary actions against a member or a potential member with anyone other than the people involved. We do however reach out (or give information when requested) to businesses that deal with the community, other larps, etc. if they request it. AWY, ALV and the National Owners are informed immediately.
