Hello all! We are approaching our first event and are excited to put on a memorable experience from everyone. We wanted to put out this information to assist those travelling in planning and being as transparent as possible.
Cabins/Sleeping - Our AZ site has 7 Cabins with Heating and Electricity that will comfortably accommodate around 25 People, as well as a nearby Bathroom area near the tavern building which has several Toilets/Showers. Our site also allows* Tent Camping*, we have space allocated for 15 people to set up in addition to the 25. During pre-registration, Please select which sleeping arrangements you would like when pre-registration opens. Cabins will be on a first come first serve basis.
We will be capping the** total players at 40**. This is to maximize the overall experience and to work within the limitations placed on us by the site.
Pricing –The Event Fee will be $80. For those who choose to tent camp, there will be a discounted Event Fee of $70. Players will receive a special token as a representation of your character attending the event. That token will/may be used by plot in the future to enhance your game play and unlock special, one-of-a-kind character experiences…
Food - The meal plan is a separate at $25 charge. NPC's Eat Free. Meal Plan includes Friday- Dinner, Saturday- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sunday- Breakfast. The menu will be provided soon.
Weather – The average temperature for Big Springs, AZ for August is projected to be in the low-to-mid 80s. We will update closer to the event, but tree cover is plentiful, and water will be readily available to all.
