Alliance LARP Wisconsin is a pre-pay benefit chapter. While we will always accept cash at the door before an event, both pre-paying and pre-regging through the CMA database by the deadline will give the individual $10 off from their overall event fee. To gain this discount, one must submit BOTH, the pre-reg, through the CMA database, and pre-payment by the deadline to qualify for this discount. Doing this will also grant 30 gobbies to your account.
Can't make an event that you already pre-paid for? Don't worry! Those funds will be credited to your account for use on future Alliance LARP Wisconsin events throughout the current season. All credits must be used by the end of the current season. You may also choose to receive gobbies at a cash donation exchange rate(no promotions may be applied to this rate). At the end of the season, all unused credits will be applied to individuals at cash rate donations for gobbies.
After the deadline has passed, there is no discount applied, however, it is still expected that individuals pre-pay and pre-reg as soon as possible to ensure that our staff has your supplies ready,has you counted for food and sleeping arrangements as well as many other reasons.
Alliance LARP Wisconsin is happy to provide a partial event payment system. While you are still required to pre-pay for the entire event cost and pre-reg through the CMA (please include a note of what times you will expect to be able to play) a prorated credit can be applied to you for use throughout the season towards future events. All credits must be used by the end of the current season. You may also choose to receive gobbies at a cash donation exchange rate(no promotions may be applied to this rate). Season pass holders do not qualify for the partial event payment system.

The Yearly membership is $20 and is included in the season pass and as part of salary for logistics, plot, monster squad and team leads. The membership must be up-to -date to request tags, cash in gobbies for anything not handled via CMA, and to physically attend events. For the 2022 season only, we are placing the deadline for the $20 to be paid by the first weekend event to be hosted by Alliance LARP Wisconsin.
New players to Alliance LARP will be granted a $5 per logistics period discount in addition to the Pre-registration and pre-pay discount for their first event only. New players will not have to pay the $20 yearly membership fee until their second event.
