Pursuant to the request of Regent Renlee Firstbourne, Captain of the Brotherhood, and Regent of the Territories of Briarpass, and in accordance to the laws of our commonwealth. It is my duty to call to report the assembled regents of Wayside to an emergency hearing. The hearing shall be held on Sunday the 7th day of June in its common place and at its common hour. The purpose of this hearing is to decide the question which herein follows:
Is Master High Regent Horatio still capable of fullfilling the tasks of the high office which he has been called upon to fullfill?
If not, Whom of the Regency shall take head of state for the greater good of the commonwealth of Wayside.
As customary, envoys with sealed letters may be send by horse in order to arrive in time for this most grave decisions. I urge the Regents of Wayside to answer this call and search deep within their spirits for the guidance to lead Wayside into a brighter tomorrow.
Citizens are asked to remain calm through these proceedings and cooperate with all legal magistrates, magisterial assistants, sheriffs, deputies, and Members of the Order of the Light to the fulllest extend of their ability. Any and all interference with this emergency session will be regarded as an act of war and treated as such without quarter.
