That's up to 2 total points for cloth, not per location.
Pop-tab armor won't ever get you the bonus points for In-Genre or Master Crafted.
You'll probably get 1 point per location, but it's possible to get 2.

Yea, honestly I'd sort of discourage pop tab armor. Its pretty anachronistic and the work you'll put into it is not really worth the return imo. :?

Personally, I encourage pop tab armor. If done right (i.e. looks like scale mail), its a cheap way to make yourself a decent suit of light metal armor (2 points). I do agree that it would never qualify for master-craft or in-genre.
