TL;DR - Site/Logistic open at 2pm, Opening Ceremony 9pm, bring All The Things with you to logistics, pack for warm and cool weather, bring water, be aware pollen is evil.
We’re almost there, so here are a few things you should know going into the event!
Logistics will be onsite in the tavern and open as close to 2:00pm as possible. If you are there early, please come check in ASAP, we have ~120 PC and anticipate long lines!
To check in, please have the following with you:
- All you magic items and their tags,
- Any coin you will need for production
- Any spell or recipe books you need
- Your weapons for safety check.
- Your armor for armor eval.
(note any marshal my check weapons and armor, however we will have a dedicated marshal at Logistics for this)
At logistics everyone will be asked to sign the Code of Conduct for the event. This will be posted on Facebook and the forums early next week for you to review.
Mid game logistics will occur in the back room of the tavern. You only need to go to mid game logistics if you have production skill to use, merchanting to do, or questions. If you would like to change your spells, you may see any Marshal with your spell book in hand and they will sign off on your changes.
Please consider bringing a reusable water bottle(s) for the event! The water at the park is great and it is going to be warm to hot, depending on where you’re coming from. Right now daytime temps look to be about 82. Also, pack warm things as the nights could dip down to 45 or lower.
Also for those of you who are allergy sufferers the pollen counts in the PNW have been very high this year so pack your best allergy treatment options!
