It doesn't say this in the rules, so I just want to clarify - does one have to announce when they use Back Attack or the equivalent 'Critical' skill (forget what it's called) or do you just apply the damage and then mark it off your board.
On one hand I see announcing it so that the marshals know what's going on, but on the other - the time it takes me to call 'Back Attack' is enough to mean I can hit one fewer time before my target turns around, which basically means I deal the same amount of damage weather or not I use it.
