Sunday will be plot loose ends and clean up. Our goal is to be off site about noon on Sunday!

Site is Juniper Knoll: East Troy Wisconsin

Everyone report to the Promise Lodge upon arriving to site which is the two story white building.

Pre-registration for this event should be completed over on the CMA:
https://db.alliancelarp.com/events/588
Pre-registrations should include needed tags, production, magic items, and any food allergies. Battleboard forms are available at logistics just ask! These must be sent to Logistics@chicagoalliancelarp.com no later than Monday March 28th at 5PM CST.

Important Notes about this event:

Prepayment via PayPal should be sent to: Robertdautovski@yahoo.com please use friends and family or via ETH/BTC/DAI reach out via pm for wallet addresses.

We are requiring a 95% vaccination rate of all attendees at the event, and part of pre-registration will include proof of vaccination. Non-vaccinated players will be capped at 5% of total attendance, and if you are unvaccinated, you may be put on a “waiting list” to attend until more vaccinated players are registered. Get your vaccines, folks! With the expansion of vaccines available to the public and the amount of time before the event, there should be ample opportunity for our players to get their vaccinations in time, with the unvaccinated 5% comprising only those that are truly unable to receive the vaccine for medical reasons (allergies, immunocompromised, etc.).

Lastly, all attendees must have a current Alliance Chicago Membership ($20).

Questions about the camp-
Showers?
Tavern space?
Flush toilets? Connect to sleeping area? Tavern?
What are the sleeping facilities?
What buildings are we renting?
Will there be others on site or are we sharing?

Showers yes, toiliets yes,

Sleeping space indoor bunks, cots inside primitive yurts

Tavern typical larp fare.

The entire site is ours.

Showers are they locker room style or is it a single shower that everyone will need to share?
Same question for toilets.
Can you reserve a specific cabin/yurt?
Can you bring your own tent?
If tent-camping are we allowed to light a fire/ are there designated fire-pits/rings?
Is there a noise policy/can we loud drum music potentially at night?
Should we bring our own feast gear?

Showers and Toilets are private, although part of larger locker rooms.

Bedding assignments may be used but that will be a detail decided week of the event.

Yes you may tent.

Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and must be attended at all times with a bucket of water near by.

Plates, cups, and utensils are provided however it is usually a good idea to bring an in period drinking vessel for immersion.

Noise policy will be updated but typically we have the site to ourselves so there is no "quiet hours" at PC talk additional information on that is typically provided.

As a note due to the 2.1 playtest materials not being released on time for the event this event will NOT be a playtest event. We may do some mods that have playtest rules but can not expect folks to follow rules that have not been released yet.

Also an important update the games location will be Camp Juniper Knoll Wisconsin. This is where we hosted the Viktor Hook Finale and Bloody Mary guest plot events.

PCs report to Promise Lodge.

I don't suppose there is a google-map address for the camp? There's a few Juniper Knoll's and this is our first time traveling to the area.

The 'Juniper Knoll' marker is where the camp buildings are, the 'Juniper Knoll Chicago Girl Sct' marker is where the gate and ranger house is. You'll turn into the camp at the northern 'Juniper Knoll Chicago Girl Sct' marker and drive south down the only road to the parking area and tavern building near the southern 'Juniper Knoll' marker.JuniperKnollTurnMap.jpg

Hello Everyone,

As we get closer to the season opener I wanted to go over sleeping arrangements.
Promise Lodge will be check in. We are working on assignments for folks with medical needs and assignments for bedding. Look for an update later today.

Thanks,
Amanda

Important Updates:

Sleeping will be very tight. As a result all sleeping areas are out of game. Every bed must be occupied and as a result you cannot store your belongings on the top bunks.

Logistics and check in will be at the Dining Hall. We were able to secure this building last minute.

If anyone has any additional questions or concerns please feel free to ask me.

Thank you,
Amanda
