As soon as I receive the confirmation from Pay Pal! Since the list is a "first come first served" for floor/cabin space, the order is important, and it's not fair to put someone on the list who says he is coming over someone who actually confirms it by paying. I'm sure you understand.

By the way, if anyone on that list would rather stay in their own tent, let me know so I can mark the list accordingly.

On a more serious note, your order of PAID pre-reg will help determine if you get floor space or cabin space. However, things like teams vs individual will also come into account.

For example, if there is a team with 8 members and they request a cabin, but an individual is ahead in the prereg list of their 8th member, that 8th member will most likely get to be in the cabin while the individual will be in the common room.

However, say a team has only four members and they want a cabin, they may end up with another team of four or four individuals in the cabin with them.

At least until we have more than three cabins.

Of course, if we have no cabins at the event, it's common room for everyone. If the weather is really crappy, Skirfir may allow sleeping in the tavern itself :)

As long as everyone is cooperative and good natured OOG, it should work out fine.
