Hey everyone a couple of important announcements/heads ups.

I will be late to site tonight, so acting Director for tonight’s episode is Miles, and April will be his second. Please treat them with the utmost respect, and courtesy thank you.

Last event there were a few incidents where people got heated, and tempers flared. Let’s revisit somethings
here really quick.

We on staff are volunteers, we don’t get paid for the work that we do, and this truly is a labor of love. We are just as tired, dehydrated, sore, and uncomfortable as you are, if not more so, but we are working to put on this event for everyone.
We work really hard, and have likely sunk in hundreds of people hours of prep even before the event. One of the few perks we get out of this job, and one of the biggest, is seeing the looks of wonder on your faces when a new creature, person, makeup, monster, or a piece of information falls into place.

Wandering blithely into Monster camp puts this at risk for you, and everyone else, and goes a really long way into spoiling the surprise for us, which is one of the things we live for. Don't do that. Period. If you are not actively engaged in, or the victim of an active emergency please knock, and wait outside.
Please be courteous, and professional towards us. Doing so will go a really long way to resolving any potential issues that may arise, and will go even farther towards preventing any issues altogether. Yelling, at, or snapping at our staff is not acceptable behavior.
If something happens, or a call is made on the field that you take issue with, either A. Finish out the combat, and talk about it calmly, rationally, coolly with a player red, or the storyteller afterwards, and get it resolved, or B. Step out of the combat, and wait out of game, and once the scene is concluded talk about it calmly rationally, coolly with the storyteller, or player rep and get it resolved.
Decisions made by the storyteller, or marshall on the hill are final. If you still take issue with it, there are policies in place to resolve these issues after the event.
There is nothing that happens to your character that can’t be undone, fixed, or clarified, revised, or rewritten before we all leave the hill on Sunday. But, if you are rude, disrespectful, and some form of jerk to the staff, that will not avail you in any way shape or form. You can be right, and still be an A**hole. So, take a breath, and don’t trip chocolate chip.

Do NOT argue with a Storyteller, or Marshall.

Do NOT barge in, walk in, or enter Monster Camp without express consent prior to you entering the building. Please knock, and wait for someone to come to the door.

Thank you.
