I've heard that the Marshals board may or may not be up to date in terms of Marshal membership. I would like to get a count of the current Seattle Marshals and their types.

You have to take the Marshals Test

To expand on Nate's answer - there is a written Marshal's Test that marshals are required to pass. If you are interested in taking it (and a number of people have expressed interest recently), please contact me and once I get the Seattle marshal's test organized I will get back to you.
