Because it bears repeating and I see it often in player event commentaries...
Once game begins at 9pm, there are to be NO CARS on site, with the exception of Tim, the property manager/maintenance guy. Is his white pickup a distraction? Sure is. But he has to take out our garbage so the bears don't come and eat us. We have to deal with it.
To all others... I have had MANY event commentaries talk of how players arrive and chat it up with no real sense of urgency to get their vehicles gone. Then the next thing they know, we are in game and they're like, "Oh crap!"
Please folks...
Unload your stuff into cabin, move your car, then come back and decorate, get into costume, chat w friends, etc.
Please police each other and hold each other to this standard. If arriving late, or leaving early on Sunday, please arrange to have friends help you carry your things.
EXCEPTION.... if you can arrive, unload, and then park you car before 8 AM on Saturday morning, then go for it. Similarly, if you can get your car, load, and leave before 8AM Sunday, then go for it.
