Catalyst for a ritual

Plot/ Marshals or Other various people in charge. I procured the Source of Lycanthrapy for another player at the castle event. I have made out of game arrangements to sell that to the player in game but am probably going to miss the first two events can I just send it to him out of game so he can use it for performing spirit forge and settle up with him next time I am able to make an event. My wife and I are in the process of adopting a 6 year old and that has and will take up a lot of my time and PTO this summer. And I would hate for this person to not be able to perform said ritual because of my busy schedule

That shouldn't be an issue as you could of IG done it while not at an IG event. Lots of people hand off or make arrangements between folks in chapter and between chapters.
