So... who do I send character backgrounds to? -

Someone on Plot, generally.

Holly (Login name Slice) or Nick Brewer (Lost track of his login names) would be my first suggestions, though Nick Bond (Head of Plot) would be good, if you can get ahold of him.
 
Thank you, Brad. Yes, I would also say send it to plot. Holly is a good choice for approval, though she is a bit busy just now with her wedding et al. I would recomend Brewer at this point.
