Choose Flaw Element Clarification

Dearest ARC,
Per the ARB:
"Choose Flaw:
The bearer of the item takes half damage from <Element> while taking double damage from <Element>. (Note: this can never affect healing)."
Can you please define "Element" for us. Does this mean the standard SLIF or more?

Elements must be chosen from the four standard elements (Stone, Lightning, Ice, Flame) listed under such spells and rituals as Elemental Blast, Elemental Burst, and Elemental Blade. Non-standard elements may be chosen with your local plot team's approval, but will make the item LCO.

Existing items: In the event that there are existing items with an elemental flaw that is not one of the four standard elements, the issuing chapter may make one of the following changes for each affected item:

1- Change the flaw to one of the four standard elements and allow the item to remain restricted.
2- Keep the non-standard flaw, and make the item LCO.
