I am looking for some clarification on the ruling above given that they only reference dead bodies.

In the event that someone carrying an individual who is unconscious, bleeding out, imprisoned, or otherwise immobilized, if the person being carried is hit by an effect, does the person doing the carrying take the effect, or does the individual being carried take it?

For example, Sherpa McSherperson finds the Sheriff of Notingame unconscious on the field of battle and decides to sherp (carry) them away from the battle to be healed or otherwise fixed. While he is carrying the Sheriff away, the Sheriff is hit by a Terminate arrow from a goblin.
1) Does the Sheriff take the effect, and is now bleeding out at -1 Body, and the Sherpa continues to sherp (carry) him away?
2) Does Sherpa drop having received the Terminate, and therefore both Sherpa (at -1 Body) and Sheriff (unconscious) are now on the ground?
3) Or do both Sherpa and Sheriff take the Terminate and are both at -1 Body?

Thanks in advance!!
