I think that this was originally written by WCJP, but I updated it for the new edition and posted it as a Google Doc.
It tells you how much build you're spending for each class, and lets you easily build characters without all the math.
You can get it here.
I had to set it to "Editable by all" so that people could actually have it tabulate things for them, so if everyone would make sure to reset the forms (the Purchases) column back to zero when they're done (and don't mess with the other sheets that it pulls the values from!) then it should work for everyone.
