Unfortunately, I don't have time to make a whole new cloak -- but if Samara can bring that cloak to Caldaria this weekend, I can definitely alter it for you and the whole thing can get donated.

Kay so I only just saw this (stupid forum), but I do believe this can happen. I just need to bug the cloak owner to give it to me so I can get it to you. Remind me to do that.
