So, I need to try to get things sorted as I am probably going to be doing the stage direction and general organization of the productions. Even if you are a maybe or a 1 day show up, please let me know ASAP so that I can figure out what we have to work with.

Ron and Brian are working on getting a storyline together for us.

Also, as Gabe has pointed out, we have a few Seattle-ites opening up their couch space to people that want/need to do things on the cheap (which includes me having to go on the cheap).

I did not get the time on site to talk with anyone before this weekend's event.
I am going to be looking at heading to Seattle for a night of face time with people so that we can hopefully get the stage production organization started (and a look at the script we are working with).
Right now, April 27 or May 11 would be the options available. I have quite a few hats in the air, so I want to try and do this with the most people possible and possibly get some squad leaders (we will need someone to man our sparring space while the stage show goes on, various costume wranglers, and hopefully a camera person or 2).

(also bump, more bodies even if for a few hours out of the day will always be welcome).

Had a blast with the mini tourney that Ara'Kus Productions and I helped sponsor. So much fun in fact that the wife and I are debating of coming to (back depending on ones frame of reference). Skoll, it was a pleasure to dance the blade with somebody again, given that it has been since 2006 that I had last held a silly foam sword it was a absolute giggle for me to be able to move again. You and the other representatives of your org were so ingratiating to me and mine that I am already pre reged for the drop at miller silvania and am looking forward to bringing the rest of the folks out to the September event.
