Leading Fredrick into the Council Chamber he stops him before a seat and does a better search of Fredrick, having Fredrick ID everything he finds. Then has him take a seat, "now we wait."

From the opposite side of the room the ornate oak doors swing open effortlessly. From beyond the shadows exit Magi Corstar, Magi Rhialto and then the ArchMage himself. The expressions on their faces are grim. Without a word they take their seats.

Magi Rhialto is first to break the silence. "Let it be known that we are here to speak to a crime that was perpetrated by Fredrick Rhalstone of Calanda." the Magi turns to speak those words directly to Fredrick.

Magi Corstar continues "Fredrick. You have been found to guilty of the most important of rules of the Guilds of the Arcane Sanctum and the Earth Weavers. Attempting to have training in Celestial power while holding training in Earth powers. What makes this most unsettling is this is not your first occurrence of attempting the training. You approached the ArchMage on your first trip to Calanhelm regarding training as a Celestial. You were granted the most basic of skills but then chose to specialize in Earth Magics. You were warned by the ArchMage himself that to pursue Celestial would lead to a DEATH in the most lenient of sentences and an OBLITERATE if he should deem it necessary."

The ArchMage sits silently, watching the reactions of Fredrick. The silence hangs in the air for moments, but it feels much longer. Az'Caine looks to both of his Magi before speaking, silently asking if they have any other statements or questions. With the silent confirmation that they do not he speaks.

"Fredrick Rhalstone. It is a disappointment to myself and your Fatespinner to have you once again before us. I have spoken at length with her about this offence. She assures me that your punishment of demotion of rank and divestiture to the Greater Earth Circle in Parson's Breach fits the crime as you did not receive training, but only asked for this training."

He pauses once again. Looking at both his Magi on the tribunal. Their nods confirm his next words.

"As the Fatespinner has professed her confidence in you not to offend both our guilds in this manner we have decided her punishment is almost acceptable. Almost. Fredrick Rhalstone, you will be sentenced to 10 days on the Elemental Plane of Fire. You will be protected from the heat outright killing you, but the denizens there will have no such limitations. On the Plane of Fire you will be slowly burnt to a cinder each day. You will not die, no. But you will feel every part of your body burn. Your lungs will feel like they are constantly on fire. The pain will be almost intolerable. Almost. When your 10 days are up, you will be deposited near the Breach so you may continue your journey through Fortanis. Know that there are fates worse than a DEATH or OBLITERATION, Fredrick. You are about to live through one. Colonel, take Fredrick to the Portal room. Magi Kurak has already prepared the Planar Gate."

As Fredrick is taken from the room the ArchMage states loudly for all to hear. "If anyone else in either Guild decides that the rules do not apply to them they will share the same punishment, if not worse."

The doors to the Council chamber slam closed. The only sound he can hear is the click of the Colonel's boots on the cold stone floor.
