Updated with the list of food items to keep a great tavern rolling - this is one of our biggest expenses each weekend, and we HUGELY appreciate any help with these items!
If you would like to sign up to bring something on this list (meaning you are sure you'll be at the event and can definitely bring it), please PM me here and I will add your name by that item.
As a reminder, the usual rubric for donations is 2GS/dollar spent. Food items are assessed at 3GS/dollar spent. Items that involve labor have their own rates - we have more detailed info at the website.

Solar lights for lining paths (the kind with the crackled glass globes on the top, available by searching online)
Rat ears - 20+
Rat tails - long, pink tails at least 12 inches
Animal prosthetics (ears, whiskers, tails, noses etc.)
HP Officejet H470 Mobile Printer Color Ink-jet printer - 22 ppm - TRIPLE GOBBIES FOR THIS - usually it's 2GS/dollar, we're offering SIX on this item!! - we're angling for two of these, split the cost with a buddy and split the goblin stamps! Tavern Food Requests: Food donations are awarded a higher rate of 3GS/dollar, and require a receipt with the donation. All prices listed are what you will find at Sam's Club - and there is a Sam's on your way to the site through Middletown. Please remember to let me know if you'll be donating something, so we don't go out an buy it Friday afternoon before you arrive. Thanks, gang!!
