December One-Day Weather

Remember folks, it's going to be COLD out, so bring extra socks, layers, headcoverings, and mittens. I would recommend possibly stopping by a sporting goods store for hand/foot warming packets, they run about $1-$3 per pack. Notes about clothing - When wet, cotton gets cold, but wool stays warm. Waterproof boots are a good idea, keeps the toes warm. Tight clothing is NOT going to keep you warm as well as looser layers. Be sure especially this time to keep drinking and take breaks inside to defrost (although if you're going to be extremely active outdoors that works well too).

I'm currently prepping for the cold by scouring the house to find extra layers and whatnot to add to Gandian's ensemble. While they make him look a little different to the norm, they should help him stay toasty.
