To the citizens of Hopes Reach, it was 1.5 years ago today that I became deputy of Hope's Reach, and less than a year ago I became Sheriff of this area. It is time to begin the cycle again and it gives me great pleasure to announce my new deputy of Hope's Reach.

I present, Deputy Sheriff Thorgrim Stoneaxe.

I would hope you would congratulate him on his new position and give him the respect the position deserves. As previous Sheriff proclaimed, in matters of the law in Hope's Reach, Thorgrim now speaks with my authority.
