Destroy Magic and Rituals on Buildings

How does Destroy Magic work in conjunction with multiple Wards and Rituals on a building?

Example: Team Celestial has a ward on the outside of the cabin, another on a second "doorway" put up a few feet inside, and then 3 more wards on individual bunks. Evil Kobolds invade town, desperate for shinies, armed and ready with DM scrolls and Spellstrikes. (They're not your average kobolds.)

Additionally, what happens if there is an Illumination/Darkening, Blissful Rest, Audible Projection or Warder Glyph between two cast Wards? Or a celestial Limited or Permanent CoP inside the building? (For the sake of argument, no Resist Destroy Magics on any of the rituals.)

Thanks!

A Ward or Wizard Lock places a 'shell' around a building which protects it, much like a Prison spell does to an individual person. Thus, a circle around a Warded building will allow a caster to touch only the Ward or Wizard Lock as the target for a Destroy Magic ritual.

However, should a caster be able to touch (and therefore target) a building which has Wards and/or Wizard Locks (or other ritual or spell effects upon it) while casting a Destroy Magic, all effects with the building as a target or physical representation will then be Destroyed (as per the limitations of the Destroy Magic ritual itself, of course).

For example, consider a building. The building has an exterior Ward (Ward A) as well as a Ward on a single bunk inside (Ward B). It also has a Warder Glyph on a doorway (Glyph A) and two Circles of Power, one of which is built from a rope laid on the floor of an inside room (Circle A) and one of which uses a circle inscribed in the building floor itself as they physrep (Circle B).

Bob the Evil Necromancer hates this building and its inhabitants! He puts up a Circle of Power around the entire building and targets the exterior Ward with a Destroy Magic, since he can't touch the building through the Ward. He succeeds and Ward A is destroyed, but no other Wards. He then casts a second Destroy Magic, targeting the building. All effects on the building are destroyed - this means Ward B, Glyph A, and Circle B (but not Circle A since it has a separate and distinct physrep/target than the building).
