Donations of Battery-powered tealights and votive candles would be WONDERFUL
I would like (1) Cauldron, of greater than 3 gallon capacity. (think Halloween cauldron used for candy)
Rolls of Red, Black, and Silver duct tape
Silver Metallic cloth (liquid lame)

I will pick some up next time I'm at Wal-Mart. Just give me a number and I'll get them for ya.

I'm going to say somewhere around 5-8, though I may be wrong. Perhaps Dave will see this and clarify.

Has anyone done the patches yet? I could probably at least have patches made, tabards possibly.


Also can get a couple bows done.

None of the Mountain symbol stuff has been created yet (I tried my hand at it once, but it kind of sucked). Creation of the Mountains would be absolutely wonderful, though I don't know if we could put them on tabards in time for the event unless someone else in the Chicago area did that as well.

Adam has said that he's working on 3-4 bows, so a few more bows would be wonderful!

As to the W's realistically we CAN use duct-tape etc. but in this case we've got at least 6 entrances, probably ten that we could use a W to put over various entry ways to keep things easy to note.

Alright. I stopped by Wal-Mart yesterday because I got kidnapped by my girlfriend -_- And the wooden "W"s are like 2 dollars a piece >< Tax negligible because I get a 10% discount which generally takes out the tax. But yeah, I'll look around and see if I can't do something about the "W"s.

I might have a cauldron kicking around my basement somewhere from a couple All Hallows ago. I can dig about when I get back from work.

I might have the rolls of Red, Black duct tape & tealights buried somewhere in our apartment moving totes. I'll search for 'em and pm you when I locate them!
