Hi Everyone!

We all love Joss Whedon, so I had to pass this along.

www.DrHorrible.Com

It's a web musical written By Joss and Starring Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion (That's Mal from Firefly). It's only up till Sunday night at Midnight, enjoy while you can!

I actually just got finished watching it before I saw this post. It is amazing. It is some of Joss Whedon's best work,

That is what Whedon does best. He pulls you in and then slaps you down. He is like the Ike Turner of writing.

It's so true. That son of a bitch just loves to break his fans' hearts. Look at what he's done every time he wraps up a project:

Buffy becomes inconsequential.

Angel and his friends ALL die, pretty much. Evil wins.

The Firefly franchise ends with some of the most beloved characters dead.

Ah, but at least Buffy continues on in a comic book form. Actually, this "8th Season" of Buffy they have going in right now is the best one they've had since the season when Angel became evil. It's amazing what Joss can do without having to deal with actors and budgets. I highly recommend that eveyone give it a look.

Firefly/Serenity also continued on in comic book form for a little while, Im not entirely sure if it still is though.

The firefly comics are tales in between the show and movie. Angel was also continued in a comic as well. It is just as good as the buffy comic. It is still going on but it is 12 part mini series. I believe they are on number 8.

I very much enjoyed Dr. Horrible. Thank you Stacey for posting that. It kinda reminded me of the Buffy musical at some points... I loved that episode!

Gotta disagree, on everything except Firefly.

1. Buffy became inconsequential, but that was what her entire story WAS. Buffy wanted to be a normal girl, and finally got the chance. (Happy ending)

2. Angel died. Yep, but his whole story from the end of season one was about how he would get to be a real boy at the end. A SELFISH GOAL. When he sat down at the table with the circle of the Black Thorns and signed away his "reward," THAT is when he showed his true nobility. When he sacrifices his soul so that for one shining moment Evil is held at bay he shows how far he's come. And be his soul damned or saved, he drew a line against the darkness and stood firm. (Happy ending)

Serenity was a fun movie till the end. There we agree.

Does anyone else find it funny that the head of the Evil League of Evil, the most Evil being in all the world . . .

Is a horse?

This was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. The music, the lyrics, the story, the cinematography. Great performances....and the ending...Epic. Hats off to the people involved with this.

i just started watching angel about a month ago...we've never had TV before and we have it now so in the morning before work i get to see it. i only saw a couple seasons of buffy but other than the cheap make up and blood i like the angel series...until this week when angel's newborn son just came back as an 18 year old who is hot for cordelia who has lost her memory..but now that i have found out from you guys that angel dies...and all his friends die...i'm not sure i can keep watching hehehehe

as for firefly and stuff i loved it...i HATE that in the movie the navigator dies..he was one of my favorite characters. his wife could have died i would have been fine with that...i loved the tv show...the mix of japenglish was cool

buffy was cool ..i liked spike...its sad that he's never on angel to bug him

i always remember that one guy on there as doogie houser...he will forever be that teenage genius doctor for me.

Spike was in episode 3 of season one of Angel, then he's in the entire final season. Don't give up hope.

"Now I'm just a big fluffy puppy with bad teeth...." *giggles*
