Dreamscape

I had a question regarding the Dreamscape... Are we able to utilize the Dreamscape during an event like we do here on the boards? Specifically, are we able to use it for long distance communication?

I know it sounds kinda not useful or practical, but in the occasion that it might be practical to use the Dreamscape. If we arent, how come? Its not that Im saying it should be accessible, Im just curious if it is.

No, technically, the "Dreamscape", as defined by the rulebook, generally is not accessible during events. Plot, of course, may override that, but as a general rule, it is not accessible.

The reason has mostly to do with OOG logistics, and IG ritual overlaps (Whispering Wind, being the first example that comes to mind).
