Dueling: Blythedale Rules

You'll be hearing "Blythedale Rules" this upcoming weekend quite a few times when it comes to the dueling.

It's an IG descriptor of the stylistic and honorable form of combat Blythedalians use at court and in contest:

Blythedale Rules means No PTD skills, No Spells, No items, No alchemy, No Auras, No Arcane Armor, No Protection Auras. (If someone has one they can't be rid of, we can make arrangements between fighters.)

A Magic Armor begins on both duelists.

You may use build bought defensives: Parry, Riposte, Evade, Dodge.

We will be having a bracket style dueling contest for two categories: Einhander and Warrior's Choice.

Einhander is a single weapon, used in one hand. The offhand is empty.

Warrior's Choice is any weapon, any style.

I'll take questions via PM.
