in the 2.1.1 rulebook it looks like the level for subjugate was not updated. It shows as 7th level when I expect this should be lvl 5 as all the other references in the rulebook and CMA show 5th level.

We do. Monster Strength qualifies as such. Given the wording of Weakness though, there’s not a mechanical difference, so we may be able to eliminate the superfluous wording.
Thank you for bringing this up. We are adding language to focus packet production on addressing both general National safety (e.g. size, density, filling) and local Chapter concerns (e.g. local flora or allergy issues).
The Turn Undead spell has a discrepancy in its duration. On the effect table (pg.42) it is listed as 5 minute duration but under the spell description (pg. 54) it is listed as 10 min. This appears to be a carry over from the 2.0 rulebook so it is unclear which is correct.
I would lean towards 10 minutes, as the reversed version, Control Undead, is 10 minutes in both places. May be an ARC decision though.
Edition 2.1.2, p. 40, under Fade From Party, third paragraph. Halfway through the paragraph: "If staff hasn't been information" should presumably be "If staff hasn't' been informed"
Edition 2.1.2, page 93. Instead of "read the scroll out loud," should it be "say the incant of the spell out loud"? My scroll tags do not have an incant to actually read aloud, and this confused me as a player who doesn't play casters.
Huh, looks like nothing in that actually specifies that the incant must be written on the scroll - just the required size and that the tag be attached. It's reasonably implied and something I'm pretty sure was explicitly written out in previous editions of the rulebook, but got omitted here for whatever reason.
So... edit request: add in that battle magic scrolls need the spell incant written on them, I suppose.
Thank you for this suggestion. We will include a clarification in the next update underlining the need to include the spell incant on the Battle Scroll phys rep.
