Or was whenever a friend of mine found her. I don't know yet where or when this was, but he informed me, and I intend to make sure she's safe and not being held against her will. They threatened to slit his throat if he didn't leave them alone, which sounds decidely unsafe to me.

I LIKE unsafe, when it's just me in danger. NOT when it's Elaina.
 
Excellent. Now they know that a) You know b) You blabbed about it to anyone and everyone who'll listen and c) You intend to do something about it. I'm sure they won't slit her throat now. Why would they? Not like they'll feel threatened or anything.

Jax, if you have fear of something for anyone within the borders of the Crossroads, bring it up to the legal authority. Like, the Sheriff maybe.

I'm not going to tell you what I'd do about it......BECAUSE THEN EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHAT I INTEND TO DO, INCLUDING THE PEOPLE I MAY OR MAY NOT WANNA DO SOMETHING TO ABOUT IT!!!
That's what I would tell you to do about it, stop telling everyone in the world what you're gonna do and just do it. When you're hunting rabbits, you don't walk up to the edge of the woods and shout "Look out rabbits, here I come!", you quietly walk into the brush and look for sign. When you're gonna start a bar fight, you don't stand on top of a stool and start calling the biggest guy in the place and start telling him how much you're gonna hurt him, you walk up to him and plant your tankard in his big ugly mush. And if you're gonna go looking for possible kidnappers, DON'T PUT EM ON THE DEFENSIVE BEFORE YOU EVEN KNOW WHERE THEY ARE! Savvey?
 
So, when I travel I usually end up far enough way or deep enough in the Mists that I don't pick up dreams from Crossroads. But when I wander too close and you get in my head, its like... a bad show? Sometimes after you scream in a dream I expect to hear the band play *Dun dun DUHNNNNN*.

At least I know that if I am a smart alec, Coldsky will probably hear me and give me grief for it. So I mostly play nice. Cerulean, you should try playing nice. Then when you inevitably flip out and go all crazy on your villains you'll hopefully catch them off guard and rescue your Elaina.

Also, trust Solomon. Learn from Solomon. Solomon, you should be his mentor, maybe take him on as an apprentice.

A walk? A WALK!!????? She's been gone for almost TWO MONTHS!!! Not a word as to whether she's okay or where she is, and you think that's just fine???!!!

Please refrain from allowing your mind to yell in such a wide area such as this dream realm. In case you hadn't noticed, near-all of us are asleep here. And most of us would like to get some good, restful sleep.

While I am usually very good at blocking out such noise, you continually make so much of a ruckus to break through the barriers I've worked very hard to construct.

Besides, in response to her being gone for two months... I haven't exactly seen you around for the past while. Perhaps she came, saw that you were gone, and went looking for you herself? She is clearly in capable hands if she's with Papa Daeyeva and his kin.

Rest easy.

I believe it is common for people to leave for long periods of time, without informing anyone of their where-abouts.

Thank you papa for informing us of her ware abouts and letting us know she is alright.. if you dont mind me asking though.. how long has she been with you? Also, is she going to be staying with you for much longer or returning to town?
