Is there any way to modify this submission form so that it also sends a copy of the feedback back to the sender?

There's not without doing a significant amount of work or switching to a paid solution, unfortunately. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for easy solutions to that, because it's something I'd like to see.

If the form just takes the information input and sends emails, that'd be a real easy bit of code. VB hosted on alliancedenver.com site could probably do it.
 
It actually takes the information input and auto-populates a Google Drive spreadsheet. Means we have it around for later and can look at everything at once but does mean we're not getting individual emails for each one.
