Logistics Opens: 8:30 PM
Logistics Closes: 9:55 PM
Opening Ceremonies / Lay-On: 10:00PM
Game Off: Sunday, 12:00PM
Site Cleared: 1:00 PM
Camp Layout & Logistics
Parking: Main lot only. Please leave the lower lot clear for emergency access and staff.
Player Cabins: Tipi & Cherokee (light green cabins)
Staff/NPC Cabins: #9 & #10 (yellow on map)
Tavern Building (Mushy’s Mug N’ Munch): #12
Bathrooms/Showers: Building #19
Meals Provided
Your game fee includes all meals:
Friday Night: Dinner served before game start
Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Sunday: Light Breakfast
Snacks: Available throughout the weekend in the tavern
Mushy’s Mug N’ Munch is always happy to feed the weary traveler—just don’t ask what’s in the stew.
Logistics Requirements
At check-in, please have the following ready:
All weapon reps for safety inspection
All magic item tags and phys reps (must be registered in the CMA)
Any armor or racial makeup for evaluation
New players should check in with the Plot Team or Head of Rules before going to Logistics.
