Welcome to our sixth event of the 2024 season; Holding Out for Some Heroes!

With a successful party that will be talked about for decades to come, the adventurers stand at the precipice. The key to defeating the Wraith Lord is now within grasp and the final pieces are being put together. The only question is, how will the Wraith Lord react? Tensions are high as the adventurer's gather and prepare for the steps that lie ahead.

Accommodations​

We have Swanson Lodge as well as Valley View Lodge available this event, and we will also have tenting space available. Please reserve a few bottom bunks in Swanson Lodge for players with medical needs. Valley View Lodge also has 2 private rooms which sleep up to 6 people, and will be granted on a first come first serve basis in the order that preregistration and payment is completed.

Logistics​

The Alliance Minnesota Logistics team has some requests to ensure check-in progresses smoothly for everyone:

1. Get completely dressed in-character before you check-in! This is extra important if you are checking in late.
2. Bring all weapon reps you intend to use to be safety checked. Every weapon rep will be safety checked.
3. [NEW] Bring all light reps you intend to use to be safety checked. Every light rep must be safety checked.
4. Bring a small sampling of your packets if you intend to use packets this event. We will be checking packets for size, contents, and overall safety.
5. Bring all magic item reps and magic item tags with you, every registered magic item will be checked.
6. Put on all racial reps, costuming, and armor you wish to have evaluated for race requirements and armor points.
   1. See one of our New Player Representatives before check-in; they will ensure you have everything you need before approaching the logistics table.
   2. If you are a new player and arrive late, ask anyone to point you to any member of staff and we will sort you out as soon as we are able!

2024 Season Membership: $10.00 (Paid by all PCs and NPCs.)

NOTE: If you are a new Alliance player, your first two events are half-cost! Additionally, your 2024 Season Membership Dues are waived for the first game you attend!

Important Note: We will be checking all reps you intend to use for the Light spell or Liquid Light coating; this new safety check arose from multiple reports of unsafe combat situations during the Saturday night town fight mod last event due to inappropriate light reps being used, as well as recommendations players have made in the post event survey.

You may! Only visibly anachronistic light reps, such as a cellphone torch or large, unmodified flashlights, will be refused.
