If I apply "Protective Inscription" to a suit of armor, and then proceed to use the cloak, does the armor remain reduced?
For example, I apply 1 "Protective Inscription" to a 30 suit of armor, making it a 25 suit. I then expend the cloak to defend against an attack. Can the suit be then refit up to 30? or is the suit permanently set to 25?
(I am working under the assumption that if using the charge does allow it to be restored to its former value, it would still need to be refit to regain those points)
Additionally, if it does not remain reduced, does the armor tag regain its max points as its expended? or is it an all or nothing kind of thing?
For Example, I apply 3 "Protective Inscription"s to a 30 suit of armor, making it a 15 suit. I then expend 1 cloak to defend against an attack. Can the Suit then be refit up to 20? (and then 25 and 30 as further cloaks are expended)
OR would I need to expend all 3 cloaks to be able to refit back up from the 15 it was reduced to?
