Considering this is a non-combat event, should I submit a list of relavent spells in memory/MIs etc. incase trading happens etc.? (I'm not above offering out protectives to make a few coins, I'm awe-fully poor after all)

I'm trying to non-rev for the first time ever so my attendance is not Guarnteed but I'll be doing my darndest to fly out, and hopefully the costs are low enough to make this the first time of many more :mrgreen:
 
Yes, normal prereg stuff like spells should be done. A normal prereg should be sent.
