Doh!

I knew I forgot something.

If I could have a space in the common room that would be great as I do not have a tent and my car cannot fit a tent with the stuff I'm bringing.

I can even share space with someone if they don't mind being in the same room as a big furry fox scavenger!

I believe that the Common Room is "first come, first served" for anyone pre-registered. However, please do not claim a bunk bed unless someone is going to sleep on each bunk. I think sometimes there have been times when bunks have been used for people's stuff, but this event will likely be crowded and we'll need every available bed.

I agree completely. If you get there and you see a bunk that no one is sleeping in and you want it, ask the person to move their stuff. This applies even if it is behind a curtain or in someone's Warded area.

In other words, people, don't take a bunk bed into your area unless you're using both bunks!

pre-reg. #57 Patricia Smith is in fact Not Patty but me= Richard Nunnally (Whytrid Feiht / Fishercat Warbird) Player # 1337 I will be playing Whytrid this event and did send in a pre-reg form with spells and bp spend list. I also sent an email to logistics explaining this to sort of connect the dots,. I apologize for any confussion I caused. I have the pay-pal receipts w/ numbers that I'll bring to logistics Fri. night to help sort it out. Please advise me how to pre-reg correctly so I don't cause this misdirection again. Thank you forf your patients and understanding. Richard
 
Everyone needs to realize that (a) you can leave notes when you pay through PayPal to let me know who the payment is for; and (b) you can always send a separate email if you need to explain something further.

It seems like every event someone's mother pays for someone and instead of the player, we get the mother's name, or someone pays for two people but doesn't tell us who the two are, and it causes quite a problem at logistics -- so please just let me know when you pre-reg who the pre-reg is for if not for the person whose name is on the credit card/PayPal account.
