Hey Guys,
This is Mike here with more updates for the October Event:
1.) We have a lovely volunteer staff who is offering to make breakfast and dinner for us (Aren't they awesome)!
2.) We are asking to barrow some electric skillets and crock pots for our volunteer staff to better cook food for you.
3.) We are not charging money for meals, but would appreciate a small donation from each player to help replenish our the stores of our volunteer staff to make this a sustainable thing in our game.
A big thanks goes to Chava and Melissa for donating their time and resources to get the ball rolling.
What does this mean for you?
We are asking PC's for a five dollar donation to help replace food purchased for the event. You will get gobbies for this donation, as well as a full batch of protectives on Saturday logistics. These donations help feed both PCs and NPCs alike.
When is food?
Breakfast and Dinner times will be announced at opening ceremonies. Meals will be soft rp breaks and no combat encounters will go out until after meal breaks are over.
and more importantly...
Whats for Food?:
Breakfast is Eggs and Breakfast Sausage with a Muffin.
Dinner is Beef Stew with rice (or the Vegetarian Option of Sweet Potato Risotto) with a dinner roll.
Water will be available for everyone during meals
Can I bring more Food?:
Of course you can!
Lunches, snacks, beverages and desserts for Saturday dinner are all going to be voluntary donations from anyone who wants to bring something. If you want to bring a food item, or bring some delicious snacks, feel free to let us know in the thread or post on our facebook event thread what you are bringing so we can help keep track.

Crock Pots and Electric Skillets?
We are looking to barrow a few of there particular cooking vessels to make meals more efficient. Contact me privately if you would be willing to let us use your equipment. You will be compensated for their use.
