An area not far from the Brotherly Cities is not being referred to as the torn lands. Sometime ago a man was seen casting a ritual, the ritual either went horribly wrong, or horribly right. The area is now entirely unsafe, as it's been filled with "rips" which are hard to describe. Someone referred to them as tears in paper. These "rips" either spew out large walking pillars of black energy, or suck in things around them. Everyone is being advised as to avoid this area.
