it was rather bulky and showy but...i'm thinking it could be done. there is this girl that makes the HOTTEST swords (BOFFER) and she bases the boffers she makes on real or other fictional swords but makes them pretty ...here is website if you want to see....

she doesn't sell them that i see. i've emailed her a couple of times to tell her she is the bomb! she didn't mention that she would make one for me or not but then i didn't ask. i do want to make a 2 handed longsword like that william wallace one!!! i always thought that only guys were good at the weapons making bit but i have really started to enjoy boffer design. I just can't figure out the really tiny pieces of duct tape for the really detailed parts.
