Goblin Stamps and You?

So I want to start gobbying a secondary. This brought up a few questions:

Can I gobby my primary and secondary on the monthly blanket list?

Can I gobby one or both characters if I don't play at an event but NPC or help out staff?

Can I pay no play/gobby an event that I don't attend for one or both my characters?

So I want to start gobbying a secondary. This brought up a few questions:

Can I gobby my primary and secondary on the monthly blanket list?

Yes and no. A character can only receive a Monthly Blanket from it's home chapter. Only one character per chapter can receive a Monthly Blanket. So, if you have Goblin Stamps in both Oregon and Seattle you can have a character housed in each chapter receiving Monthly Blankets. But, if both characters are in the Seattle database only one of those characters can receive a Monthly Blanket.

Can I gobby one or both characters if I don't play at an event but NPC or help out staff?

Only one character per player can ever receive experience for a given day. Even if the characters are in different chapters and the events are for different chapters. Don't try to do it, either, because the databases are audited.

Can I pay no play/gobby an event that I don't attend for one or both my characters?

Yes, one character, not both.
