good time

Thanks for coming and npc'ing for us. I hope you had fun and got a better idea on how you might like your future characters! Can't wait to meet your friends either!

I had a great time this weekend, thank you to all the staff and the NPCs and players that NPCed for us. Thank you to the local TC players for making this a great event.

After spending such a long time without playing this event was exactly what I needed. Thanks very much for the good times this weekend!

I had a big long reply planned, breaking things down point by counter point. But my e-mail is blowing up with plans for 2 weeks.
So I am going to focus on getting in IBGAs.

Thanks to all the npcs, new players, old players. great time. NPCing is very different from PCing. So if following Thetfords order weren't your cup of tea, come back in two weeks and PC. First event is free!

Long story short: Fantastic event. the sausage tasted amazing.

see you in two weeks. Rest up. and give us a needs list for donations.

Thank you Daver!
The mind trip was a blast. Don't worry Yngvin...you will stop glowing eventually.
Bane rot.
Arcane sleep and fishing for bodies.

Thanks PCs and NPCs all. It was a great event. Like have a ton of stuff to list but no idea at the same time. The brain is not functioning still nor is the body.

Had a great event. Can't wait to come up in 2 weeks and do it all again.

replying again. More to advertise what people missed out on, and have a chance to see in two weeks.

Hard Working NPCs: Lot's of new awesome NPCs . Come back and PC or NPC whatever.
Brigit's ridiculous characters. Each one very different, looking different, acting, talking eating. She really dives into her NPCs. Also thanks for making me associate my wife and love with a creepy saw doll, you jerks.
Thetford. <3 such love. the constant one up's man ship is fantastic, you really make my events.
Mike Long: Nobody does gruff better. I also love that Mike could tell we were fixing the fights, but didn't act on it as the dwarf. really cool seperation.
Genevieve: Wild card of filling roles. You are just always around and awesome. Good stuff.
Daver: I guess you did stuff. I dunno. ;)

Constant activity. Hey PCs! Do you want to go do something? It's ready. Why aren't you going? You've failed.
Even rolling with changes. Ok guys you dealt with enough chaos pools. "Uh we want to get every one. " how? "OEF does stuff" oh ok, let me get the npcs back.

Best wave battle! Everyone has done the hallway of undead slog of endurance. You guys really pulled it off well. It had excellent scaling, from la-de-dah to "Sweet cup and cakes if I get hit with another !$%@#% packet... got it Brigit, down." Kudos for making our solidifies and general "stake of woe" abilities matter. NPCs didn't have memory, so swang drain and things we were immune to, until each pop made the change. very cool.

Loved the chair tower thing. It was a cool way to make a building without a building.

Lightning prince. So they are rough. Pretty scary fun fight. Thanks for NPCing Rob, you looked pretty beat after such a long fight.

I didn't even know who Outcast was before the event. And now, I really hate him. Deep down I want to crumble this guy. Good job plot.

Getting some Daefell closure. Not something Syver really carried about, but Joe understood the significance.

IBGAs. Wow. Send them in. Plot wants you involved. Even if your IBGA is garbage, they'll help you out. Send them in, get free information!

On the PC side of things. Really great to have a roving ball of death. "See problem, solve problem... with violence"

POLEARM GUILD!! (did you pose?)

Maxwell was back.

Working with professionals.

Overall really awesome.

-Joe

im thinking im going to write a mod for november. how do you all feel about a mod that takes all weekend? the moment you step in you are in the mod an it ends at cean up. one epic quest.

that's really hard to do. Both to make entertaining and to keep PCs engaged. I'd be very reluctant to embark on something that big, and feel very upset if I got tricked into something like that.
-Joe

not intending to trick. i have a hard time explaining things through text

right now im doing up a simple escort mission. a weekend mod would take me time and cordination.

I had a great time at the event and I'm looking forward to coming back next week. Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make the trip so enjoyable.
Hopefully this visit I'll have time to get to know some more of the locals better and see how I can be of more assistance.

A big thanks to NPCs new and old. It was great to meet some new players as well as some seasoned vets. A huge thanks to Daver, your Yngvin mod was fantastic. Thanks for rolling with the punches on our "brute force" approach. Also had a great time in the pits, thank you Dwarf King for your gold, always a pleasure. Thank you to Bridget, your Romani fortune teller always seems to hit the nail on the head! Can't wait for the next event!

Had an awesome time this event, first time PCing after injury. The weather was pretty much perfect.
Did not even mind the tavern being further away, except the black hole of pitch black despair for about 4 feet of the path. Amy did a great job handling the mass of people in the itty bitty kitchen.
All the new players NPCing did a great job and caught on quickly and made for fun mods. Thanks again for letting us beat you up all weekend.
I really enjoyed being able to learn a little alchemy and become an apprentice to Herb so I can learn more. It was nice to feel like my character is moving towards her goals that are independent from the group.
Playing with Bridget's NPCs is always fun. Like Joe said, always different and unique and on point. I'm really enjoying knowing that Kit's chocolate shop will be run by probably the creepiest doll I have ever seen. I can totally see us being attacked by chocolate bunnies next year.
Also, Gypsy parties...yeah.

Hopefully I will see you all again next week.

npc here: it was fun being beat up. and i agree about bridget. her doll was perfect. it kinda creeped me out when her and the goblin were trying to creep each other out. that is not easy to do.

All I have to say is, "He ate the banana! Now you have a fey child in you." Poor Maxwell, but I laughed SO HARD. Well played, Felow the Fey.
