Need to have the emails of every participant included, even if it's just by CC, and every participant needs to send us a confirmation that they are in fact attending. Starting about 20 minutes ago when I got fed up, anyone who A) doesn't have a valid email address attached and B) doesn't make the effort to say "Yes, me too." get nada. At best.
