It would be helpful if you did so for future endeavors by plot, however, we will not require it. Again, we sincerely apologize for this. We have a new system in place now so hopefully this will never happen again!

I found another stack of Customs forms, yours was in it, so no worries! I've added some more names to the list as a result.

Amy's answer still applies though if your name isn't on these lists; we won't require you to fill out forms again. We will be using these for plot-related stories and modules, so it is advantageous to do so if you'd like a larger participation level.
