I would like to have a sit down discussion (maybe breakfast) during next the gathering. With some of the new recipes that have been uncovered I would like to make sure that we are providing each other any help where needed.

I will be unavailable for Breakfast. I have other duties to attend to. I nominate the New Guy of the Apothecary Brotherhood to assist me by taking notes.
 
It appears Tvard, Ama'rali, and I shall have some incredibly personal matters to attend the morning of the Day of Death; might we perhaps be able to push out meeting forward to the Day of Life? I apologize I must request this change at all, but I would very sincerely hate to miss the fascinating discourse I am certain will occur.

Conversely, would everyone be amenable to a discussion over dinner? I would happily provide beverages for all involved.
