Can you elaborate on that? Hero's combat has always allowed no magic items including magical weapons. And, supposedly, the balance of armor is that you gain protection at the cost of weight / lack of maneuverability. Assuming normal armor is included in the mix (which kind of balances with the fact that normal weapons are allowed), why should Arcane Armor also be allowed?

From an IG stand point it would make sense to have and use AA (at least to me). It makes complete tactical sense. Almost top protection with none of the drawbacks. You should also be allowed to refit your armor (both), if they can pull it off, Nice...Nice.
From an OOG view, it should be natural armor only. You look great but are slowed down and cumbersome, you should get some benefit.
I still like the full body points style (real damage) as it prevents cheating OOG cheating. IG padded dmg. I can say that it didn't hit me all day long until an IG judge calls me on it. Real dmg...now that's different. I have no problem with people cheating IG...IG but OOG, no good.
