Per page 134 of the ARB:

"All High Magic effects last until used or for five days (whichever comes first) or until the character resurrects (unless otherwise stated)"

However, no High Magic abilities specifically state they last beyond a resurrection, but there are entries that imply that the above description is misleading or incorrect:

1) Cloak and Bane specifically state they are on the Body and thus lost during resurrection, a description unnecessary if the above were correct.

2) Several High Magic abilities indicate they last the full duration (though do not have an entry about resurrection).

Ultimately, is the ARB trying to state that all HM abilities last beyond resurrection, except the ones that specifically state they are lost (such as Cloak/Bane)?

Furthermore, is Cloak/Bane lost if someone leaves or enters their golem, since it is on the Body?

As stated in the ARB, no High Magic effects last through resurrection. As noted in the High Magic section, your local campaign may have its own specific High Magic effects in play, which may last through resurrection if specifically stated.

Cloak/Bane may be used while a character is Spirit Stored within a Golem, as nothing specifically states otherwise.

ARC would like to clarify this ruling. There are two specific High Magic abilities in the ARB that fulfill the "unless otherwise stated" clause to last through resurrection:

1. Rebirth; which lasts through resurrection if unused
2. Spellcrafts; after being activated on a Spirit (if unused at the time of resurrection the Spellcraft will still go away)

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
