High magic Bane and Cloak effects do not have a restriction on what schools can be chosen. I think the spirit of the rules was to not include the effect group "other."
Otherwise prepare to see:

Formal Casters buying 'parries' for 3 build (4 for templar/adept) and Ripostes for 6 (or 8)
-With the restrictions put on to how many you can buy, its not 'terrible', but I don't think that was the intent. (Bane waylay is still awkward, at best.)
